REAL INCIDENT / PRESERVED EVIDENCE
One missing base path turned a passing health check into a deployment 404. Replay the evidence, inspect Bob’s repair, and check the result.
—CI uses the domain root. Deployment places the same service under /service. The original server handled only the root route.
Source code: app.py ↗ · replay.py ↗ · The current main repair was authored by Codex.
These are the original command outputs from Bob run #6. Select a profile to inspect both sides of the repair.
Bob Shell ran in Agent mode on an isolated checkout of the original failing commit. The patch below is from that run, not a recreation of its conversation.
Bob made the health route aware of the configured base path in app.py, then passed that base path from the replay in replay.py.
After Bob exited, EnvReplay reran both HTTP profiles and the regression suite. A Bob success response alone could not pass this gate.

The interface reads checked-in, sanitized files. Open the originals to verify each displayed result.
The public site displays a preserved Bob Shell run. It does not invoke Bob or replay Python in your browser. Bob’s patch remained in an isolated worktree; the earlier reference repair on main was authored by Codex. Bob Shell evidence does not substitute for the hackathon’s required Bob IDE session screenshots.
